The Peru Pavilion at Expo Osaka-Kansai 2025 reached a historic milestone by welcoming its 1 millionth visitor, consolidating the country’s position as one of the most attractive and popular pavilions at this world expo.

I stood in line, but I never imagined I would be the millionth visitor. I was very surprised,” she said excitedly.

During her visit, Norimura was welcomed with warm Peruvian hospitality and received symbolic gifts including pisco, cacao, camu camu, a baby alpaca pashmina, and exclusive promotional items. She also sampled a selection of Peruvian dishes such as quinoa pilaf, solterito, choclo with uchucuta, and anticuchos, reaffirming the diversity and quality of the country’s cuisine.
